Frank Starkman
Managing Partner
Over the past decade, Frank has managed real estate operations in the USA; during this period he has accumulated significant knowledge and experience in this area, including transactions and investment in land development and residential project construction.
Frank is a CPA, Tel Aviv University graduate and has decades of experience in senior management positions in tech, industry and real estate. He has previously managed Veolia Environment Israel and successfully led it to achieve revenues of USD 500 million; finally, he managed the sale of this company while generating significant value.
Ronen Starkman
Managing Partner
Ronen is a real estate developer with decades of experience in this field. Ronen has significant experience in managing capital-intensive projects of high engineering complexity, including infrastructure projects, such as creating an oil recycling facility, waste disposal operations, as well as construction of commercial centers and public buildings.
Since 2015, Ronen has been Managing Partner of Genesis Group, operating in the real estate sector in the USA, focusing on residential projects, including development and construction of real estate projects and improvement of existing properties.
Oleg Lukinsky
Managing Partner
Oleg holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA. Oleg is a graduate of the executive program in private equity fund management at Harvard University. Oleg has over a decade of experience in real estate development, including development, planning and management of international real estate ventures.
In addition to his knowledge of the real estate world, Oleg has significant experience in strategy development and senior management of complex systems. Since 2014, he has been Managing Partner of NEWERA Group, specializing in residential project development, having grown the company to be one of the leaders in urban renewal.
Erez Hershcovitz
VP, Marketing and Investor Relations
Erez has extensive experience in the real estate sector, specializing in business development, locating opportunities, managing fundraising and investment processes, and investor relations management, from requirement specification to implementation of the investment strategy.
Erez has gained significant experience working at leading funds and has completed dozens of successful transactions in real estate markets, primarily in the USA. In his training, he has successfully completed comprehensive study programs and has graduated with honors from the Fortune Builders course on investments and real estate transaction analysis.
